We interact with customers via email, chat and over the phone, Spreadex customer service is available between 7:30am and 10pm.

We look for individuals who are dedicated, hard-working, who thrive under pressure and have a passion for sports, experience in the role is not a requirement, we have excellent training and development processes in place and as long as you have great core skills we would be happy to welcome you to the team.

We are one of the only Sports Fixed Odds and Sports Spread Betting providers who are still providing a phone betting service, a main part of the role will include taking trades from out new and existing client over the phone, we provide expert knowledge of our product via phone, email and chat with the help of trading, casino and account teams. We are the first point of contact for all of our customers. Our day will consist of dealing with customer questions via the above methods, working to provide timely resolutions to customer queries.
