  • The Marketing Department at Spreadex holds the responsibility for managing the outward look of Spreadex, as well as the content of the site, and the CRM processes for clients.

  • The Spreadex Marketing team is divided up into a few core areas; Digital Advertising, CRM and Content, Affiliates and Event Sponsorships.

  • Spreadex offers training to all employees who require it. We also maintain a comprehensive wiki detailing many of our day-to-day tasks, as well as more complicated marketing processes.

  • Each team member generally has their own defined role within the team based on their skills and experience, however, we also operate a rota system to make sure all areas are covered. As such, each member of the team should have a basic understanding of each other’s roles in order to cover where necessary.

  • Spreadex looks for someone dedicated, hard-working and productive with a high level of attention to detail, ideally with a strong degree from a top-quality university. A thorough and organised approach to work, with the ability to follow instruction and work through allocated tasks in accordance with assigned priorities and deadlines. Good numeracy skills and a strong commercial and financial awareness are also good to have. We are looking for someone with initiative who can spot opportunities and help contribute to team meetings with ideas and suggestions that will help improve efficiency and return on investment.

      • Strong literary skills, coupled with strong numeracy skills are important for anyone looking to join Spreadex. We pride ourselves on our analytical and statistical nature so any skill revolving around these is desirable.
      • High creative skills and experience working with the Adobe suite of products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver etc. Also including Excel, working with HTML/CSS and other creative design software.
      • High initiative, looking for opportunities in the market space without direction to find good return on investment for Spreadex.

    • Competitive starting salary and inclusion in the annual bonus scheme based on the pre-tax profits of the company after six months. Spreadex is a highly profitable company and bonus payments are not capped as a percentage of salary.

  • The marketing department’s main priorities lie in promoting Spreadex to new and existing customers. While gaining new customers is a top priority for Spreadex, as this allows for further growth, keeping existing customers engaged through content, offers and improvements to the platform are just as important.
