Sales traders focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. While some also execute trades, their role is more client-centric—offering tailored support, onboarding new clients, and ensuring each individual receives a high level of service. They work closely with the trading team to deliver a seamless, personal trading experience.

The team works with a suite of in-house applications designed in collaboration with our Business Intelligence team—giving us speed, flexibility, and direct input into how the tools evolve. We also use various third party trading terminals including Bloomberg, Iress and Fidessa.

We provide structured, hands-on training from day one. You’ll learn about financial markets, Spreadex’s proprietary systems, and the practical skills needed to succeed. As you grow, we’ll support your continued development with mentoring, access to advanced software tools, and clear pathways for progression into senior roles—both in trading and sales.
